Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 May 2026

WHO WE ARE

Drone Intelligence is a strategic intelligence publication for the autonomous systems sector, operated by PB Digital Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms apply to all use of droneintelligence.ai, including all paid products and services.

By accessing the site, submitting a form, or purchasing a product, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or purchase any product.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

All paid products are processed via Stripe. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Where VAT applies (UK and EU customers), it is calculated and shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that apply in your jurisdiction beyond UK VAT.

Stripe’s terms of service govern the payment processing relationship. We do not store card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the payment flow.

DI PRO SUBSCRIPTION

DI Pro is a recurring subscription. The founding rate of £99 per quarter is billed in advance every three months via Stripe. Your first weekly premium brief is delivered within seven days of payment.

You may cancel at any time by emailing pro@droneintelligence.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to content already published during your active subscription is retained. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods, but we will honour requests for refund within fourteen days of an initial payment if no premium content has been delivered.

The founding rate is locked for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the rate at that time applies.

CUSTOM BRIEFS

Custom briefs are commissioned at £999 for a single brief or £2,700 for a three-pack. The five working day delivery clock starts at scope confirmation by the Drone Intelligence editorial team, typically within one working day of payment.

The deliverable is a written brief on the question you have commissioned, formatted as a PDF with a named-source list. The brief is for your use within your organisation. You may not republish, resell, or systematically syndicate the brief without our prior written agreement.

Three-pack commissions are redeemable within twelve months of payment. Unused commissions expire at the end of that period.

If we are unable to verify the briefing question to the editorial standard published on our methodology page, we will discuss scope changes with you. If no acceptable scope can be agreed, we will refund the commission in full.

SECTOR REPORTS

Sector reports are sold as PDF and HTML downloads with a named-seat licence. The first seat is at the headline price; each additional seat is at fifty percent of the headline price.

Your seat licence permits internal circulation within your purchasing organisation up to the number of seats purchased. Republication, resale, or sharing outside your organisation requires our prior written agreement.

Twelve months of free material-revision updates are included from the date of purchase. We will email you any material revisions to the report that we publish during that window.

Sector reports are non-refundable once the PDF download link has been issued, except where the report is materially different from the published description.

SPONSORED PROFILES

Sponsored profile placement is sold at three tiers (Verified £500, Featured £1,500, Premium £2,500) on a twelve-month manual-renewal basis. The placement window begins on payment.

Sponsorship is editorially separate from analytical content. Every sponsored element on a profile is labelled “Sponsored”. Sponsorship does not alter the analytical content of the profile, the company score, the competitive comparisons, the named-source list, or any data field maintained by the Drone Intelligence editorial team. Sponsors do not see drafts, do not approve copy, and do not influence rankings.

We reserve the right to refuse any sponsorship application that does not meet our published advertising and ethics policy. If we refuse an application after payment, we refund the full amount.

Sponsorship does not auto-renew. We will email you thirty days before expiry with the option to continue at the same rate.

If editorial circumstances change such that we can no longer publish the company profile (for example, on substantive integrity grounds), we will pro-rata refund the unused portion of the sponsorship.

EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

All analytical content on Drone Intelligence is editorially independent. Our published methodology, editorial policy, and ethics pages document the standards we apply. No paid product gives a buyer influence over analytical conclusions about any company, including their own.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on droneintelligence.ai is the property of PB Digital Holdings Limited unless otherwise attributed. Free-access content may be linked to and quoted with attribution. Paid-product content may not be republished or resold without prior written agreement, beyond the licence granted for internal circulation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Drone Intelligence content is published for general information and is not investment, legal, regulatory, or procurement advice. You are responsible for any decision you take based on it. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current beyond the published dateModified. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with any product is limited to the price paid for that product.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the date of last update at the top. Material changes that affect existing subscribers will be notified by email.
